I have hired and developed 4 interns, 2 of which have left BRP for full-time opportunities, and 2 which were offered full-time employment at the completion of their internship.

I have been responsible for delegating, reviewing, and approving the work of up to 6 brand and product marketing specialists.

In my current role, I’m responsible for the growth and development of 3 direct reports. Their well being is a high priority of mine, as I know I can’t exceed in my job if they’re not happy and productive with theirs.

4PM Magazine
As the managing editor of this Milwaukee lifestyle magazine, I directly managed up to 25 freelance writers, photographers, and artists.

I gained increasing levels of leadership from fire-team leader, to squad leader, to platoon sergeant. As an infantry platoon sergeant, I was responsible for the accountability, career development, and functional training of 40 United States Marines.

Concordia Advisory Board
I enjoy contributing as a member of the advisory board for Concordia University of Wisconsin’s Batterman School of Business. This responsibility gives me the opportunity to network with other business leaders. We learn from each other by engaging in thoughtful conversations about the future of the University as it aims to become a leader in innovation, entrepreneurship, and healthcare education.

Teaching & Coaching
I’ve always had an inclination for helping others, and I tend to express it by teaching and coaching people of all ages. I’ve Spent 4 years as the head coach of a middle school football team, and 1 year as an assistant coach for a varsity football team. For the past 6 years I’ve been a Kickboxing coach for a Milwaukee area mixed martial arts team.Coach V.jpg
